Kevin Fitzpatrick and Joao Casimiro, co-founders. Zürich.
How we met
Kevin is from the west coast of Ireland. Joao is from Madeira. We both moved to Zürich two years ago and met through work.
We train for triathlons together. On weekdays that is a run at lunch and a swim in the Limmat afterwards. The name comes from those swims.
Why small businesses
Before Zürich, we each ran a consumer business: Kevin in Ireland, Joao in Portugal. Both did well. We then went into finance and consulting.
Somewhere in those years, separately, we both got hooked on digital design and marketing. We know what it is to get a quote for a website or an ad campaign and not know whether it will bring in a single customer, because we have been the ones paying. LIMMAT DIGITAL is how we keep doing the part we could not put down, for businesses like the ones we ran.
We are not trying to do one project and move on. We want a small number of businesses in and around Zürich that we work with for years: the website first, then whatever comes next. Two things make that possible.
1. Nothing to pay until launch
For new customers we design, build and launch your website at our own cost. After launch, you pay what you think it was worth to your business. If you decide that is nothing, you owe nothing.
2. Both of us, on every project
There is no account manager. The two people you meet on the first call are the two people who build your site and answer your emails afterwards.

From Madeira. Ran a consumer business in Portugal. Moved to Zürich in 2024.
We share the work on every project. Between us we speak English, German, Spanish and Portuguese, and a meeting can be in any of them.
